IGEM London Showcase Event and Lions’ Lair

Penspen will be exhibiting at IGem’s London Showcase Event and Lions’ Lair on 18 February 2016 from 17:30 – 21:00 at the Victory Services Club in London.

Now in its 7th year, this joint event between IGEM’s London, Southern and Eastern Section and PIG entitled ‘Innovate and Inspire’ will have as its highlight, keynote presentations from Chris Train, Director UK Gas Distribution, National Grid and Les Dawson OBE, Past President of IGEM and PIG.

Attendees will also find out who has dared enter the Lions’ Lair where each of the contenders will have exactly 4 minutes to present their new innovation followed by 4 minutes grilling by the ‘Lions’.  The winner will be presented with the coveted Tommy McNicholas Shield.

This annual event is going from strength to strength with over 100 delegates including senior managers from the gas industry and the wider energy sector expected to attend.
